Excellent HGI property that lives up to the quality standards you'd expect. The staff is particularly outstanding as I had a booking error (my fault) and they made sure I was able to get the kind of room I wanted. Rooms are clean and you can tell the staff is trained to pay attention to detail. Plenty of parking. If there was one item I'd take exception to is a lack of easy handicapped accessibility to the hotel from the non-handicapped designated parking area (you would need to go around to the road entrances if steps are an issue).

Everything in this hotel is excellent. Comfortable, clean rooms and wonderful staff. Special kudos to the breakfast guy, Michael! He’s personable, friendly, and very helpful. He cooks breakfast to order and does a great job! Thank you, Michael for a great experience and a yummy breakfast. 👍

Came in for a concert and the hotel was centrally located for us. The rooms were nice as well as the lobby. They had it off. Decorated really nice and the breakfast bar there a la carte was great

If you are looking for somewhere to have a group meeting, THIS IS THE SPOT!! What an excellent experience from the time we arrived to the time we left. This was our 5th event in as many states, and this location hands down was the BEST we have been at for a group of 50 for 4 days of meetings. It was simple from the first contact, to the Check out. Food service was outstanding! Food service during the meeting for drinks and snack was spot on. Customer service was truly wonderful, this team really cared about our team, they wanted us to feel welcomed, taken care of and happy.

Breakfast is „American“ - to pay extra every morning, requires also a tip. I found much better breakfasts in other hotels. The room was bad - not cleaned well. The window glasses were totaly dirty and I could hear the two compressors from the air condition working outside on the roof. The window glas was kind of covered with white dirt, I couldnt bearly see through it. Team was friendly. My room wasnt cleaned daily, only on request. That sucks! I asked once to clean, but they didnt. Asking again, and it worked. Specially with the prices they make, its not worth to come back. And for sure I wont.

We are going to Columbus for cancer treatments, and the hotel is perfect. The staff is wonderful! Michael is a one-man show for breakfast. But, his smile, charm, and hustle puts a smile on our faces. My wife actually looks forward to breakfast at the hotel!
